Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions explain how a collaboration with Traiteur Matthias works. For every event we draw up a personal quote; the concrete agreements in that quote always take precedence over this general text.

Application
These terms apply to all our offers, orders and services. Deviations are only valid if agreed with us in writing, for example in the quote.
Quotes & prices
All prices on the website and in the calculator are guide prices, VAT included unless stated otherwise. The final price is set in the personal quote and depends on your formula, the number of guests, extras and the location. A quote remains valid for the period stated in it.
Booking & confirmation
A date is only definitively booked after our written confirmation of your order. The final number of guests is communicated up to the deadline agreed in the quote; that number serves as the basis for the final settlement.
Payment
Payment terms (any deposit and balance) are set in the quote. Invoices are payable within the stated period.
Cancellation & changes
Discuss any changes to your order with us as soon as possible. Cancellation conditions are agreed in the quote, taking into account costs and purchases already made.
Allergens & liability
Let us know about allergies or dietary needs when ordering, so we can take maximum account of them. We provide our services with the greatest care; our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Applicable law
Our agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of our registered office have jurisdiction.
