Privacy & security

We only collect the data you enter yourself in the quote or contact form:

• ✦Name
• ✦Email address
• ✦Phone number
• ✦Date and number of guests for your event
• ✦Your menu choice and any remarks

We do not collect sensitive data and never buy data.

Your data is used solely to answer your request and draw up a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

Your data is stored securely with specialised processors within the European Union:

• ✦Website & database: Vercel and Supabase (EU region)
• ✦Email delivery: Resend

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and, in case of an order, for the duration of our collaboration and the legal retention periods.

Our site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. For anonymous visitor statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you personally. Only the secured admin area uses a necessary session cookie.

The entire site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data is stored in data centres within the EU and protected behind access control. Access is limited to those who need it to handle your request.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and you can object to the processing. To do so, send an email to the address below. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
